Hello all. Hope you’re all looking forward to the long weekend and you get a visit from the Easter bunny.

Talking of which it’s obviously chocolate time and after the last pen I made (my small homage to the Pink Panther cartoon) I got thinking about the chocolate bar that went with it when I was a kid. It was pink and strawberry flavoured and it was a favourite of mine. Alas they don’t make it any more so I decided to make a pen from pink chocolate instead in a hexagonal shape (I quickly realised that chocolate bar shape wasn’t going to work as a pen). Anyway all I can say is it was delicious. Apart from the nib. I should have taken it out before I ate it.

Cheers
Ash

Pink panther bar was usually beyond me as it used to cost tuppence if I remember. Most of my sweet purchases were made from the 4 to the penny counter 😀

I like the result Ash which surprises me as generally single colour plastics can look a bit plain ? No offence intended .

It really works though and the silver hardware sets it off extremely well. Might have to review my feelings on single colour blanks 🤔
