Yeah I've got a set of transfer punches. I can try seeing if one of the thinnest will fit through the twist section in place of the ink cartridge.

Don't worry Phil, I haven't diluted anything yet but when you said to dilute the sealer what did you mean with? Acetone or something? I sort of assumed you must have meant water as my mind defaulted to the act of diluting PVA as a sealant.
The sealant I've got is this stuff:
