Had a strange request, could I turn a pen from snakewood that could take a bullet pen refill, aka fisher space pen.

Thinking snakewood was going to be a challenge to get, I see there is some in the UK but it's pretty pricey......no problem the client says.

But how do I find a pen kit that takes a fisher refill? Can anyone advise?

The refill looks like this......

looks similar to a standard refill..... if its the same length they may be compatible .... if not the same length(shorter) , you could maybe put a longer spring in the top or something ?

Hi,
Try Pen Heaven refill guide, gives you the dimensions of each refill. It looks like the refill you refer to is shorter and thinner than a Parker, so it gives you a starting point on what kit to try and what adjustments you need to make.
