A different type of pen has emerged from the shed yesterday. This one is a Montague ballpoint kit from PSI made with Mulberry.

The Mulberry is grown in many countries and can be hardy in Southern England. The leaves of the White Mulberry are best known as food for the silkworm, but its fruit and roots have also been used in medicine for centuries.

The wood polished to a beautiful glowing golden colour which I'm told will darken slightly as it ages.
