Love em Phill. I have sent for a kit including the brush and stand to make up for a gift for my son. Do you need bushes for the razors or can I do em between centres . They did not have the bushes in stock at the Turners Workshop. Brody is making me a brush blank to match one of his blanks that I am using for the razor.

Thanks, I'm thinking they look better in acrylic than wood now I've done these. Might do some more and see if they'll sell at work.

You can do them between centres easy enough. You'll need Brody to make you a stand blank as well if you got the 20 quid set.

Like them Phil I agree they are trouble free later in Acrylic I will use wood since I rarely blade shave so mine will be for show seeking out brush handle timber as we speak I was going to give away my special brush handle timber but it gets so complicated trying to do that I have decided to go it alone with what I have and hope to pick up today, a mate has some really rare bits today in pen blanks and I will try for some brush handles from him.

Great bit of turning Phill.
TBH I'm not keen on those acrylics. Don't think they're "macho" enough. Might be a seller to the ladies for shaving their legs, but what do I know:nooidea::funny: just my opinion, bet they sell like hot cakes!

The ones I've made so far have been wood and I have a black / veined tru-stone fusion type ready to turn for my own use.
