Every single one of those is lovely Neil, the wood the kit the kit colour, oh... and it also looks like you've finished them off properly with ca or is that just a trick of the light?
whilst friction polish with sealer and applied to its best advantage is fine on things such as mobile stylus, it isn't durable enough for the sales table.
Yup, dodgy light!!
I have succumbed to finishing my pens with bloody glue, whilst friction polish with sealer and applied to its best advantage is fine on things such as mobile stylus, it isn't durable enough for the sales table.
I don't like CA as a finish any more than you do Neil. But it is without doubt more durable than anything else.
That is a fine display of Junior Gents. Nothing wrong with the kits IMHO so long as they are genuine JG's and not what would be called, in other sphere of commerce, "fakes".
How do you tell a genuine one from a fake?
The Dayacom ones have Dayacom marked on the packaging and stamped on the nib.
They also cost £20 GPB not $5 AUD
