Hi,
Since my move my CL3 does not turn at its maximum speed when turned on, feels restricted .
When i drop down one speed it works fine and after 5 minutes i change speed back to full and it works fine ??

Any help please , it appears to be running square and true but for some reason wont run at full speed initially.
