I assume the lathe is sitting flat?
has one of the bars come lose?

did u dismantle it to move it? if so did you put bars back in same place?
slacken a bar and give it a twist...can u do this on the cl3?

may be a slightly bent bar...could have been like this from new I guess
but rotated the correct way might possibly fix this

if you lay 2 straight edges across the bars one each end
can you look down them from the end and see if that are lvel

a bit like using winding sticks
