Checked the lathe again  , the motor is now sticking even under no pressure, give it half a turn manually and then it starts, ??

Will give record a ring in the morning, methinks a new motor is needed,

Still got my old blue CL3 that works well,

Been looking at a small DML305 recently , this may make the decision easier to make..
