I am looking at this bench drill. Don't like drilling on lathe. I contacted seller said it has press of up to 60mm is this adequate for pen blanks? I don't wanna buy a old machine as I am not mechanically minded. The jet with huge discount sounded perfect from axminster. But they sold out. Any specific drill benches you can recommend up to 300 would be appreciated. Also what is a quill? What size chuck do I need to fit a 7mm drill bit. Thanks in advance
