Schmidt make a rollerball nib and feed to take a cartridge or one of their converters. "patronenroller system". It is threaded so fits in a section - same idea as a fountain pen nib and feed. It uses the same thread as a Bock no 5. I got some from Germany. I have made one prototype it writes nicely.
