Regency Pen kits

Hi members
Does anyone have any info on Regency Pen kits - originally sold by Craft Supplies? The instructions that came with them were very basic, and now years later, I am trying to finish off a couple of kits and find some peices missing! Where can I get spare parts such as the brass tubes (63mm x 11mm dia). Also need assembly diagram for the roller ball variant of this kit. Would much appreciate any help and/or guidance.

Hi Duncan,
Various suppliers will supply spare tubes, you need to make sure of the ID so your fittings fit, tube length is easy to shorten on a sander or mill. I would try Axminster, Beaufort Penkitz and Bits then Taylors Mirfield for tube. As to the kit itself it's not one I'm familiar with but generically they are all very similar

Hi Duncan, if you could post a picture of the pen kits and then I may get an idea of which kit it is.

They did two models of regency kits. The early ones had a triple sized tube rather than a single parallel sized tube.

I have some of the older kits and spare tubes (they as rare as hens teeth) but not sure if that is the one you have.

Some pics will certainly help. If you have the bags that that come in with the pen kit ID that would be even better.

Also have some of the kit instructions, if that’s what you can actually call them. Just a drawing you had to follow.

Thanks Silver, I'll take some pictures later and a copy of the instructions I have, and try and upload them (I am new to the forum, so need some practice!)
The kits have three brass tubes, one is quite small. One kit seems complete, the other is missing a brass tube and maybe something else.

I attach pictures of the kits I have and the instruction sheet. One picture shows the fountain pen kit which seems complete. I had already cut blanks and glued in the brass tubes. The second picture is of the roller ball kit I think which is missing a brass tube (63 x 11mm if it's the same as the fountain pen kit). The third picture is of some random bits I have left over which may be relevant to the Regency kits, or something completely different.






Not sure if I have uploaded the pictures correctly. Can only get three loaded. Please let me know if they haven't come through
