Nice pair. Not sure about the colour. Poplar burr has so many natural colours and tones and has a natural sheen to it which you've lost by dying it.

Nice job on the turning though :thumbs:

I see where your coming from Brad as my favourite Poplar Burr are the natural undyed ones
