Testors Waterslide Decal on a piece of Curly Maple and cast in PR.
Dressed up in a Titanium Gold/Platinum Elegant Beauty.
Pheasant hunters at the gun shows love these.

Jim just select the image you want and print it yourself onto Water Slide Decal material.

Beautiful. Did you turn the wood undersized, add the decal then cast? Interesting approach ... :thinks:

David,
I did overturn the Curly Maple, applied a couple of coats of MINWAX Poly, applied the decal and cast in PR.
This way there is no way there could be any wear or damage to the decal.

I have done a few without casting in PR and just applied 6 coats of MINWAX Poly or Med CA. I don't
think this approach will stand up as well as the PR.
