That's beautiful mate. I wanted to make the cot for our little girl but she was here before I got into the shed.

Blimey - how far is your shed?

That's a fine cot to be proud of Brad. It reminds me why I try not to get involved in production work beyond pens - your 33 of a kind skills are excellent. I would have got bored well before the end and wandered in to Mothercare to solve the problem ( which in fact is exactly what I did do). Your expected grandchild is a lucky person to have such skilled and devoted grandad!!

Not a chance, but am planning on learning a bit of carving so I can add the name and date, then pass it on to the other 2 kids if they ever breed and do the same, so perhaps 50 years from now, there will be a host of names and no-one will the remember the old bugger who made it in the first place :sob:

I noted and believe its main purpose is a rocker mate this lasts for a season not intended for the real rough and tumble stuff a wonderful aid for a Mum and bub. This will give the new Mum an indelible picture of how much you love her.
