Rollester & Polymer clay

Hi All.

Well they don't always go to plan. Didn't get the catch on video I'm afraid.

I have put the Rollester clip on the cap. Now I will try a closed end turning and still keep the clip.

Love the methods,the colour retention and all round determination Paul. So often I have that feeling in various ventures I intended but never did get Tee Shirts printed with a giant Question Mark,wording WHY ME.

However like you I bounce back even wiser and stronger.

It was a shame and easily sorted, but I will turn this one off and re coat.

Thats a wee corker Paul.
I would try and reclaim that blank by turning the end off square and adding a contrasting coloured piece on the end.
But then I'm a skinflint. Waste not want not.

Hi Peter,
You are right. Now that I have made a pin mandrel and adapted the cap of the Rollester, I will add a contrasting colour to the end.

This will end up being my first closed end turning.
