Sounds like your days/nights are full, what with the neighbours and the sleep-overs.
I like the your idea of painting the blanks - may have a go at that, thats in the bucket.
As for Charly's pen, well if only she would have taken a bit more time -that would have been an excellent pen.....But the youth today 'its got to be now not later...' shame.
As for her moods, of course she will be better next time she visits - she coming to see the oldies 'they're cute aint they', now you can smile....
