I've been given the honour of making & presenting four pens to HRH Sophie - Countess of Wessex who is taking over from the Queen as our patron of Blind Veterans UK. She is coming to Llandudno on 28th of February where I'll make the presentation. It's a proud moment in my turning career & I'm chuffed. It's not everyone who gets a royal commission.
Phil & Dan are donating the pens etc. which is very generous of them both, thank you.

You must be well chuffed Bill to be asked to do these. Look forward to seeing them.

I hope you use a good English wood to dress them with maybe a royal oak:whistling::whistling::whistling:

Just remember one thing Bill:no::camera:

Congratulations Bill, that's a real honour. You can now legitimately put "By Royal Appointment" behind your name. :bravo:
