Had a couple of watch inserts sitting around & a bit of a log left.
Cut the log into 2 bits, turned the holes, finished with lacquer.

Steven, I like the way you casually say "turned the holes" - the corners of those out of balance bits of wood must have been moving at some speed. Do you still have all your fingers?
Very professional looking products, I'm sure they will be snapped up very quickly
The bits of wood are only about 4 inch long by about 3 inch high & very light.
Always keep my fingers out the way and use a power sander to sand things like this.
