The problem with magnetic bars for tools that you sharpen is that they magnetise the tools, then when you sharpen the tool, and don't pay attention, the ground bits stay attached to the sharp edge which then makes grooves in the work piece or they take some time to remove by hand. I prefer to hold my tools by clips to the board then they don't fall down and they don't make groove in the work pieces. I do use magnetic mounts for the non sharpened tooling however like squares jaws etc.

7 pound over your way 7Dollars over her for those three will report back tomorrow,their paring knives cheap as chips. I do curse Ikea you buy real easy, takes forever to get to the paying end so I will take my wheels and Wilma can leave via the entrance and I will motor the long walk out. I will try to get a pic to show the real size of this business located next to our Airport. Vast is the word.

Not interested in the magnetic strip I bought the three knives and many others. Our Ikea is so large from way back it took these three pics to cover the area. I used my wheels ,glad I did ,what a rabbit warren.
