This is my first go at a cast sawdust pen. Not totally happy with it as I should have painted the tube a lighter colour. But still not bad. And as I like to say, you can't make an omelette without breaking eggs:funny:

Nothing wrong with it in my eyes Brody, it is you perfectionist that see all the flaws .. :ciggrin:

Nah, don't paint it Brody.... Where theres muck theres brass :funny:

A lovely pen and despite it already being superb I'm sure you're going to improve on it :thumbs:

It's a beauty Brody. I'd have thought the brass would blend in with the colour of the sawdust. Some nice contrasts in the blank.:thumbs:

Brody I wrote earlier at length how much i liked your pen thought it would be good seller with woodworkers as well. It conforms yet is very different to me and I do believe you pictured it in a great setting. My first reply must have dropped out.
