Segmented wooden Artisan European and Bullet pen
Made myself a light box to take the photograph, needs a little reviewing I think.

Looks like a nice bit of segmenting there John, nice clean cuts and good joins.
As you say the pics could use some improvement but that will come with practice too.

Hi, John,

Nice pair, but I DO like that Euro! Well done with the segmenting and (if that's its true tone) the colour of the Euro!:thumbs::thumbs:

Nice bit of segmenting and well turned there do you think it would look a bit better with the joins running in the same direction

John,

I like the artisan Centre band, really lifts the euro but at 7.20 a kit or whatever it is from Ax, I still sell the TB Euro in preference, cant make the margin on the Artisan. Never did like the camo blank, you've done a nice job on finishing it, but my vote would go for a straight barrel on this kit.

I'm with the others, John - both nice but particularly good segmented Euro. Quite a matt finish on it, what did you finish it with?

Friction polish 6 coats and then liberon wax finish.

I prefer the tactile wood feel to a CA finish.
I advise people who buy to use a beeswax polish to keep it smooth if using regularly
