Segmented Hybrid Slimline Pen

This pen was made using parts from what was on my shelf where all the odd parts are kept .. The top barrel is the Boxwood saved from the pen that cracked last week it is on a Gold plated Slimline ... The bottom barrel is made with segmented Pau Amerilla and Padauk ... A friction finish and polished using an EEE-Ultra Shine and Shellawax Cream polish

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm different not sure on the combination yet workmanship cant be faulted first class as always

Yep, I agree with Terry - good work with the pen but the halves don't match. Solution? Cut similar sections and join 'em together!

Thanks guys, but there is always the option of changing the top barrel, but i am sure that this pen will still make a nice freebie to some friend/work mate etc ... :bwink:

Well I have to be honest this is only the second forum Ive ever been on and you dont get attacked or slated by every body for saying I don't like something the top mans post and that is a credit to this forum and to you Jim

Not doubting the workmanship Jim ..but it does look like was made from parts what were on a shelf.:bwink:
