Got sick of segmenting failures so finished this for my own use which has been on the go for a while. I wanted the brush handle to match the tru-stone razor but could find a bit big enough so decided on aluminium, trouble was that the only piece I had was square section and it was a bitch to turn.

The razor is to fit Gillette "fusion" blades rather than the usual Mach 3 and crap photo as usual, nothing set up.

Yep I'm of the same opinion Brian and I have a length of ali already drilled for the razor as I have a second fusion kit, ( that's ali is square section as well ) but I like that pattern of tru-stone so much I really want to match it up.
I've searched everywhere for it though not even sure what it's called as was one of the ones I bought from PeteB before he scarpered off to Ireland.

It's a nice set, but you could have segmented the trustone with the aluminium and made matching components

Very nicely turned Bob. Both the brush and razor handles but as already mentioned, they would have looked better in the same material
