Had a good couple of hours in the garage today. Made up a trio of Shooting Themed pens for Thurday, meeting up with some guys from a Gun Club.:devil: Here's hoping..
In the order imported.

Top
Blank - Masur Birch
Penkit - Slimline Gold + Rifle Cartridge
Finish - CA, Micromesh, TCut and Mer Wax.

Middle
Blank - Spalted Birch
Penkit - Bullet Mark 2 Upgrade Gold
Finish - CA, Micromesh, TCut and Mer Wax.

Bottom
Blank - Unknown Wood (Maybe Holly) please advise if you can identify...
Penkit - Slimline BlackStripe + Rifle Cartridge
Finish - CA, Micromesh, TCut and Mer Wax.

I doubt that anyone at the gun club would turn their nose up at these Rowdy, you have done a sterling job with these my friend .. :thumbs:

Rowdy, Rowdy. Rowdy there I have said three times I like your pens. Different strokes for different folks very wise there are many variations and combinations that will appeal to so many Gun Club people I am sure you have cast a wide net in every direction superb thinking mate. The pens are class IMHO.

They all turned out well but the one that stands head and shoulders is the first one. I love that timber. The segmenter in me would love to put that with some other dark wood. Make it even more stellar. Thanks for showing.

Meet up as arranged today, and managed to sell one out of the three I took with me (No2. Spalted Birch Mk 2 Upgraded Gold ).
So not to bad, and they brought the beer...... :thumbs:
