as a newbie to pen turning, I would like to visit a few shows, where hand turned items are on show & for sale too.
Would some kind soul(s) e me a list for the next few months of events please.

The next show I know if is the North of England Woodworking, Power Tool Show, Great Yorkshire Showground, Harrogate, 18th-20th November 2016
There will be a meet of "Penturner Forum" members on Saturday the 19th at the Ashley Iles stand. I think the time suggested was 12:30

You mean craft fairs rather than trade shows do you Eric? If so it would be handy to know where in the UK you are based. Your profile just says UK

Perhaps a Googling Craft Shows, then look for Craft entries in your local Council, Quilt groups, Artist Societies, Wood Groups Guilds or Woodturning mobs, some starting points. Have fun visiting Eric. Most groups are on the net, show future events local and national.

I am actually based in the North of England, right on the Scottish Border.
