When I visited Paul Middleton he gave me this Sierra kit to try. I have never seen a Sierra like it as the clip end has a flat top and parts of the chrome have a satin finish. I had a couple of offcuts of polygem and this one is called Purple Passion but in all honesty it is nearer a blue hue than purple.

Very Nice old un but I think you will find it is blue agate good stuff that pollygem un-it

You could be right Woody as I went on T/Retreats website to see what it was called and they have taken all the photos of Polygem off. I went on to Huts website in the USA and looking at their blanks the Purple Passion looked like the one I've used. I am thinking maybe Turners Retreat have stopped selling them !!!
