I am at last making some pens woopeeeeeeeeeeeee both made from X cut Spalted Apple which did need stabilizing with thin CA after I turned them down quite a bit both have a polish finish enjoy
I will in the very near future be cutting up one of the logs to give away to you guys there will quite a few blanks up for grabs I did turn a bowl out of one bit yesterday and after 4 coats of oil it is still soaking in it is a bit to far gone for bowls I will show some photos of it when it is finished
