i know the Spalted myrtle is a tad chunky but i kind of like it in a sweet way :bwink:
Each kit came with chrome bushing ?
anyone know what is for, I have not got a clue where it goes but the pen seems ok to me or am i missing somewhere to put it on the pen ???

Just had a look on TB and found out that the Chrome bush is to assemble the pen without damaging the stylus :goesred:

Nice and chunky looking with a good finish :thumbs::thumbs:

I have been amazed how popular these stylus pens are (though maybe not by all forum members), they are by far away my most in demand pen :banana::banana:

Johnny,

Do you sand with the lathe running? Looks like you've picked up some rings on the sycamore.

Yes the lathe was running ! "he who has never made a mistake has not tried anything new" lol
looks ok in real life , perhaps i was so excited in using the old lathe coz i havnt used her for a while.
out of interest as i call my lathe a she
Is your lathe a Male or female ??????????????? or something else ????

Love the Spalted Myrtle Johnny, like Neil i see the sanding rings, it may pay you to dismantle this and turn them out .. Other than that i do like the shape and overall pens ..

Mines definitely female, suffers from PMT, and has started operating in reverse at low revs without instruction! Time for a separation me thinks.

Hi, John.

A nice trio there, mate!

If I screw up I call my lathe a bitch, so I guess it's a female, right?

Bob.
