Ear yar mate, I know I am an interfering old git always playing wiv uver peoples pics but I have over exposed it a bit so we can see it better init?
I think it looks just fine although a tad on the chunky side, that might be intentional to see the wood.

had to stop turning as knot was collapsing
managed to fill with dark sawdust and superglue
recipient was happy of gift
