Simple slimline

Did not turn pens for a while, so decided to do something simple. Discovered some fancy coloured slimline kits on the shelf and made a few pens. This one is from Rock maple. Also tried the dipping method in NC lacquer. Overall satisfactory result, but the gloss is still not as high as for a good CA.

the "hand hold" i like really lots
the finish to me is perfect...not too glossy
slimlines not my thing..just personal pref

great all round

You gave that Slimline a lift with your design Ilya the contrast with the kit works fine as well good to see you turning.
