Very little wastage whatsoever Kevin. You can get Two of these pens out of a standard length blank

Yes mate The kit has been very well engineered and the fitting of the bushes are superb you can't go wrong with the assembly but if you are unsure you can get a download of the assembly instructions from Phil Darts web site at Beaufort Inks

Segmenting fun and of course, burnishing your finished item before applying the sanding sealer!!
