I can nearly like with that as there is not too much going on. The workmanship looks fantastic Johnny as does the blank. Is it a heavy pen? It looks it

That hit the spot Johnny to take full advantage of the PSI kits it would be great to have a dealer who stocked the so many kits nearby in our country when needed available. What an appropriate pen mate congratulations all round.

Why?

Your turning is impeccable, some people don't like the kits you use, but if you are selling them, there is a demand.
You are showing kits that are not the norm, giving your honest opinion, and saying there is a market for them!
That is actually very generous of you!
It would be a shame if you do not post again as you have a lot to show!!!!

I'm in agreement with Neil and Jim :agree:

I may not always be keen on the kits you use Johnny, but there's no doubting you ability to turn and your are selling them.
Which just proves that we all have different tastes. It would be boring if we all liked exactly the same things wouldn't it

I can't see what you're taking exception to here Johnny, I think Mackay is remarking on the fact that you always pull new varieties rather than literally asking you to stop making them, we're not fascists!!

Bring on the odd the unusual and the adventurous, the world is better for it. While the responses to your pens may sometimes be predictable your pens never are.

Don't go Johnny please.

I think it looks OK. I've acquired one of these kits - now just gotta find the time to turn it and decide what wood to use.

Keep posting Johnny - It's nice of you to show us what the kits look like when finished and your turning is impeccable.
