Sold a load of pens with the slimline kit as the basic pen, got a guy who want the refill details,, will probably send him a couple of refills but would also like the refill details, got most of mine from penkitznbitz

Beaufort ink (Phil Dart) do some great quality refills.

As said, Cross refills for slimline.

You could always get them from places like WHsmiths but not such good quality and at stupid prices for a single pack

I found a local bloke once on E Bay who was fed up with the prices at newsagents and sold me bulk for what I considered peanuts.Still using some 20 yr plus kits that work ok.I keep them in screwtop jars the bulk ones ie.
