Slimline/Streamline…blaaah!!

Keep getting mixed up between streamline and slimline.. again this evening used the wrong bushing for the Streamline, ended up having to turn down the centre band again! Gotta figure out how to stop doing this! 😳

Just inspect the centre band before you begin Alex. If it's the same diameter as the other parts it's a slimline. If it's larger it's a streamline. The only difference between the two in practical terms is the diameter of the centre band
Yes thanks Phil, need to get some of those little plastic cases you sell to keep bushings separate and safe :-)

I turn without bushing between centres,bought two brass calipers {small size} glued them locked at the centreband and tip measurement,when turning to the clip end allow larger,you cannot go wrong.
