Morning all,
I have had a request from someone who purchased 5 Omega Fountain pens (made not kit) last week. She is really happy with the pens and now would like a smaller pen for a child.

And suggestions for a smaller fountain pen kit?

I would have thought the 'one diameter' FP was a bit smaller (narrower) that the Omega, but that's purely based on pics I've seen?

:nooidea:

Thanks, i did think about these but i can't say i like them. Too many issues with quality from the things i have read. Correct me if i am wrong?

Dan,

Americana is the smallest fountain pen I know of, done a few for children for school. Its shorter than most I have done.

Not at home currently but you should be able to find the drawing for them and get an idea of tube size.bog oak fountain pen-2.JPG

I like the flat tops or euro's but the one diameter or Axminster use 10mm tubes so could win on diameter...i have done both these and also cut the lenghts down....how small do you need to go? I work in/for a school and when the children are old enough to use a fountain pen there usualy big enough also:nooidea:
