So I sold my first pens, my first sierras too. What a feeling that people like your work enough to spend their hard earned cash.

Thanks to you all for the advice, tips etc. especially valid here cos by bushings didn't fit at first, which you solved, the wood was from a recommendation on here, and the techniques were gained from advice, sand by hand etc etc.

So cheers chaps and that's some more kit for me!

Good on ya mate, thats good to hear. Handmade is always better than shop bought ans the sierras were a good example of that.
and it is a good feeling when someone parts with their money for something you've made.
Keep the train rolling:thumbs:

Nice to hear Paul. I think that apart from the money, the recognition that you're doing the right thing is a great feeling.

Mr Gimeyerdosh from Ferrari is on standby to get your call :funny:

I had gifted a slimline to a colleague previously, who came back and wanted to buy a " mans pen " for her brother and father, who usually got socks etc. so a double whammy of saving some blokes too.

I have neither the stock nor confidence for a show yet!
