The “ BRUNEI ” PEN
The pen is made from the Keruing tree recovered from the clearance of a Helicopter landing site known as an LP. The name was TAGONG. Tagong was/is a jungle training camp situated in Brunei. It is only accessible by helicopter. The camp is used by British troops training in “ Jungle warfare” and “Military combat tracking” The training establishment is the UK Jungle warfare wing based at Seria on the cost of Brunei which is on the island of Borneo. The area of jungle is known as the “Labi”. The camp name “ TAGONG “ is named after one of the IBAN Tribesman who helped to construct the LP his name being TAGONG.
