As most of you know we have had a couple of pups and getting into the shed has been a bit difficult over the past 2 Days.
I managed to get in for a couple of hours today but mainly to have a tidy up. The dogs were even in there grabbing stuff and running out into the garden with it.

Once I got finished with the tidying I couldn't resist a little spin on the Mini Lathe.

Peter kindly sent me a load of Pens as my prize in the last Pen Competition, amongst them were a couple of Dog Whistles so I thought there you go! and made one for the Mrs, (to use on the dogs you understand):whistling:

She has been using it with them all afternoon and to my surprise they respond to it brilliantly and will run to her to get their treat.

Lots of them made but you are the first to have used them with success as far as I know.Any man who says he is boss of their house will lie about other things mate.As I thought the new pups rule. Like the whistle Vic.

It looks good, Vic. I still haven't turned one, I don't think they are dog whistles as humans can actually hear it. Lovely photo.

Start them training early, they love it and it pays dividends. You'll have all the other dog walkers asking where you got your fancy whistle.

PS Nice blank and a lovely shape.
