Our friend Les might like this.....i have been nagging a good shooting buddy for some "nice" spent brass cases....well today " You can have some if you empty them first!!" Great....ooops he receintly collected a couple of Elephant rifles and a bag full of cartridges..."we just need to check zero"....
I managed these 2 .500 nitro express...which will become pens and there Kynoch cases....about £9 each time you pull the trigger:sob:20160312_185101.jpg
By the way that is a full size Omega shown for scale...these are not as big as .50 bmg...but you still dont want to argue with one

Wow used to shoot a lot in my youth I bet you would get a very saw shoulder with that round you would soon learn to pull that hard into the shoulder. Used to use a 270 Winchester magnum
and I have seen a few split eyebrows in my time with that round from the scope hitting with the recoil I would think this would be an incredible recoil although it is hard to judge used a 7mm Mauser once and it hardly had any recoil at all. These days I just shoot things with a camera although I thought of taking it up with a replica Sharpes 45/90 with Black powder but targets only but spend too much on photography.
