what r your sums or am i thick
150 long ...so ok for a pen
with kerf and aim for 17mm thick
40mm thick boards
where was i ?
200 \ 18mm = 8 (with the kerf) x 2 =16 blanks

approx

or if u cut other way u will still get 150 \ 20 = 6 with the kerf x 2 =12
whatever way i reckon cheap zebrano blanks

if u cut em at an angle u will still only be paying 50p a blank
