Could call it the "ghost pen" its a bit like Casper, now you see it now you don't..

Yes I know what you mean (now its been pointed out to me ), Gold said exactly the same thing an I was told "that pen looks crap in there" That told me didn't it..

Not quite how I would put it As separate items they look good but just too much of a good thing

I remember making a box of burled brown mallee and receiving the comments very close to the ones you have been given because I photographed it with a full pen off the same burl. As in your box pics of the box alone are outstanding as would be the pen. Credit where credit is due.
