Unfortunately there are 2 worm holes that didn't show until it was turned but hey, its a feature. Finished with 10 coats of ca. I usually do 5 coats but wanted to see if there was a difference and I think there is, the shine seems to be deeper.

Either fill the wormholes with ca or cut a sticktail cock up and plug em.
Lovely looking pen you have there young sir, nicely finished and fitted good picture all round well done init?

The spalting on that is great, so clearly defined. Then that has been brought out in the making.

Overall that has to be a "Ten from Len"
