Nice looking pen Walter. What's a comfort centre band all about? Is that just a fatter diameter than the normal slimline, and if so, what then is the difference between that and a streamline?

Thanks Phil,

The comfort centre band is pretty much the same diameter as a streamline. The comfort kit has a rubber grip and is, like the streamline, fatter than a slimline.

I could just as well have used a streamline centre band, it just happened that the only chrome one I had in my parts box came from a comfort kit.

Ah, I see, thanks. If you'd posted a comfort pen I'd have known from the start. My tiny little brain couldn't process just the centre band on its own I'm afraid. Thanks for the explanation.
