Hi, Guys,


Spent some time in the workshop and cut this lovely spalted burr oak Euro. Took a bit of hardening/filling with CA and dust (particularly that big knot) but paid off in the end. Grits to 1500, a wipe with white spirit, coupla coats of BLO, and then five coats of BLO and CA. I'm now sorry I didn't save this blank for a fountain pen - it would've looked brill on a Sedona!
