A piece of the spalted Oak that was drying on the cooker last week. This is in my opinion one of the nicest pens I've made and is up there with the Thuya and other exotics.

Thats very eagle eyed of you Woody, I can see it now. And here are a brace of pictures of George taken yesterday at a show. He's going to be filmed on Tuesday for a program out at Christmas.

Awsome lookin timber .
I may have some spalted stuff coming maybe .Been Vaccumed already.It gonna be a surprise to me anyhow .

The wood does look very exotic Paul, and a fine job you made with the pen also .. Looks really nice .. And so does George BTW .. :thumbs:
