I had another go at the Spanish Firewood, whatever it is and put a Euro hat and shoes on it.

Hi Paul, a beautiful pen again ! I still have trouble when I look at some of yours and Jims about what happens in the middle. I should explain that I have a perception problem, also sometimes with stairs and small windows etc, and I struggle to see what is obvious to others. So, is it essentially a bit like one slightly larger cone fitting over a smaller cone therefore no band ? I hope that might make sense. There is absolutely no criticism here of yours or Jims pens !, I asked Jim once but right at the end of a long thread, so if you read this Jim I hope I didn't offend you either !
Regards Terry

Hi Terry, The slimline is a very versatile kit that can be changed around quite a lot including, no centre band, bespoke centre band, fat top and longwood. In my opinion there are no problems with any of them but they are probably better if you held one to see how nice they are.

I must admit I have never used auto focus as much as I have in the last two years, it is handy when you have had a drink, but is even handier when your eyesight is going:sob:

Me too Peter, I'm not a great photographer and I like to make things easy. I'm like water and always take the path of least resistance.
