To explain what I was saying before we discovered it was a slimline.

Get together a Parker type and a rollerball.

Swap the hats over.

It now fits in a twist mechanism, not a slimline but a Sierra or Polaris (probably many others) will fit and make a better pen, lets face it any pen is better than a Polaris init?
