First thought a plated pen and a novel way to take a picture. What a Palette of colour in the beaut blank. George a fascinating, well made beautiful pen.

A nice mix of colours George .. :thumbs: Was this done with rag and dyes? :thinks:

Hi Jim, I used chestnut stains, six colours from the small sample set. I applied I it with small strips of kitchen towel rolled into cylinder about 6mm in diameter.
