I ordered a 10" Longworth Style Chuck from Stiles and Bates which was with me within 2 days, when I opened it I realised it was to small for what I wanted to hold. On Tuesday this week I phoned and asked if it would be possible to change it for the 14" version, I was told no problem just return it and they would sort it out. I posted it on Wednesday, Thursday I had a phone telling me they had received it so I made the price adjustment Today I received the new Chuck post free, delivered by APC in the allotted time space. I thought I would share a positive comment on the service I received.

s they are good but then I am very fortunate in that it is just down the road from me so I can just go down and have a good look around the only problem with that is I end up spending more than I intended.

I've been there once Derek I must agree it is so easy to spend a lot more than you intend.

Wow thats about 5 hrs on the M6 or the A4 any further the white cliffs of Dover would be in sight.I call that very positive service. How do you find using the new chuck Robin?
